Return Policy

Harleenkaury™ provides a return review process for eligible clothing items. Return requests may be submitted within 14 days after confirmed delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be considered for return review, an item should generally meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Free from stains, odors, perfume, makeup marks, pet hair, alteration, washing, or customer-caused damage
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, labels, belts, ties, garment bags, or included accessories when applicable
  • Matching the item identified in the return request
  • Supported by order details sufficient for verification

Clothing that has been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without important attached tags or included accessories may not qualify for approval unless the issue relates to a confirmed arrival-condition concern.

How to Request a Return

Please email service@harleenkaury.com and include:

  • Order reference
  • Product name
  • Reason for the return request
  • Clear photos if the request involves damage, defects, missing parts, incorrect size received, incorrect contents, or packaging concerns

Our support team will review the information and provide the next available step if the request appears eligible.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or with a visible defect, please contact us promptly after delivery. Photos of the item, outer packaging, inner packaging, product label, and affected area may be requested to help complete the review.

Return Review

Returned items may be inspected after arrival. Approval depends on whether the returned item matches the approved request and satisfies the condition standards listed in this policy.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the reason for the request. If an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the case will be reviewed accordingly. For other eligible return requests, return shipping may remain the customer’s responsibility unless support provides different instructions.
